Do you offer returns if I do not like the product?

For sure! We understand that online shopping could be difficult as you might not know if you truly liked the product or not so we will provide 15 days for you to decide whether or not you will want to refund the product. Although we are strongly convince that you and your pets will love our product!

One thing to keep in mind though is that we ask you not to use the product if you are still deciding whether or not you will like to keep the product since it is much difficult for us to resell the product again.

Last but not least, we cannot accepted returns for any embroidered items just because it is made specifically for your pets, so we hope you will think deeply before deciding to embroidering your pets name on any of our product.

How do I pick the right size?

We have a measurement chart for you to refer to, so we recommend you to measure your pet’s size to see which size fits well. If you have any questions, you can contact us for more help!

How long does it take for embroidered product?

After confirmation of payment, it will take up to a week or two for the product to be finished. The reason for that is because we will need to have a conversation with each clients and decide what kind of design will best suits you and making sure that you are satisfy with it. What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accepted any of the pay methods listed down below:

How do you ship

You can choose to deliver the product to your door or picking it up by yourself if you want to experience the product as soon as possible. For toronto delivery, it will take 1-6 days through Canada Post. For other province, it will take 2-10 days through Canada Post. Please make sure to put in the correct address for your order as we are not able to change the address after you have completed the order

Where do I pick my order if I choose the pick up option?

We currently do not have a store set up yet, our pick up location for now will be 111 upper duke crescent in Markham. If the location is not convenient for you, you can contact us and we will see what arrangement can we make.

When will my order ship

Orders are typically being processed within 24-48 hours with the expectation during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday to Saturday.

Is Shipping Free?

Unfortunately, we currently do not provide free shipping. But we do offer free shipping for purchasing over $75 dollars.
